Steelbound Logistics FAQ

10 questions players actually ask, answered.

How do I get started with Steelbound Logistics?
Find the Coaster Style Tool in the creative inventory tab and take it into your inventory. Right-click in the air to open the style menu where you can select a track manufacturer style and customize colors using HEX codes, then right-click a track anchor to apply your settings.
Can I use different track styles on the same coaster?
Yes, you can switch between different track manufacturer styles (B&M, Intamin, Vekoma, etc.) along the same curve for smooth transitions. Simply apply different styles to different sections of your track using the Coaster Style Tool.
How do I change just the rail color without changing the spine?
Use the Coaster Style Tool to enter separate HEX color codes for rails and spines independently. This lets you customize each component's color individually while keeping the same track style.
What does holding Shift do when I right-click an anchor?
Holding Shift and right-clicking an anchor applies your current style settings to the entire connected track loop at once, instead of just that single anchor.
How do I copy a track style I already built?
Hold Alt and right-click an anchor on the track you want to copy. This loads that track's style and colors into your Coaster Style Tool so you can apply it elsewhere.
Do the track colors look better with shaders?
Yes, Steelbound Logistics includes labPBR textures that add realistic shine and reflections when shaders are active, making your coasters look more polished.
Can I customize the coaster anchors and girders?
There's an experimental Anchor Style Tool included in the mod that lets you customize coaster anchors and connection girders, though this feature is still being refined.
What wood variants are supported for wooden coasters?
Wooden tracks support all standard Minecraft wood variants plus white wood, giving you flexibility in matching your coaster's aesthetic to your build.
Why isn't my track style applying to the whole loop?
Make sure you're holding Shift when right-clicking the anchor to apply to the entire connected circuit. Without Shift, you'll only modify that single anchor block.
Does this mod work with other Create mods?
Steelbound Logistics is designed as an addon for Create: Coasters Simulated, so you need that mod installed for it to function properly.
