Polished Ice Slab

Polished Ice Slab is a half-height slab block. Two slabs stack back into a full block, and a single slab stops mobs from spawning on top while still letting you walk up without jumping. It is added by Some More Blocks. It behaves as ice and melts in bright light. It has a crafting recipe.
