Raise a Touhou Little Maid companion's Favorability Level to 3 through regular interaction and care. Once you reach that level, your companion will gift you Okina's Door as a reward.

Each player with an Okina's Door key gets their own personal dimension. You can invite other players to visit your dimension through the companion interface, but each person's realm is separate.

Maid Island is a peaceful floating landmass in the void; Cherry World is a forest biome with pink blossom trees; Overworld Reflection mirrors the standard Overworld using a separate seed. You can choose which type when creating your dimension.

Hold Shift and right-click on a friendly mob while holding Okina's Door to transport it into your dimension. The dimension must allow mob spawning in its rules for them to stay.

Yes. Open the companion interface and access the realm rules settings to disable hunger, mob attacks, fall damage, block breaking, and other hazards as you prefer.

The Cat Familiar summons a loyal black cat that dodges attacks, spots enemies for you, and automatically revives if defeated. It provides both combat support and reconnaissance in your dimension.

Domain Expansion temporarily spreads your sanctuary's protective rules into the normal world around you, costing player XP to activate and maintain. This lets you create safe zones outside your dimension for a limited time.

Yes. Your dimension protects companions from danger by default, and the dimension actively removes or expels hostile mobs that try to enter. Your companions are also shielded from lethal damage when standing close to you.

Yes. Equip the Tethered Teleport bauble and your companion will automatically follow you whenever you warp to another dimension, keeping them by your side.

You control player access through the companion interface settings. Unwanted players and mobs will be prevented from entering or will be expelled if they somehow get inside.
