Sea Weapons FAQ
10 questions players actually ask, answered.
How do I get the Anchor Hammer and
Nautilus Longsword?
Both weapons are craftable in your crafting table or can be found as loot in ocean structures. Check your mod's crafting recipes in-game using your recipe book or a mod menu to see the exact ingredients needed.
Why isn't my hammer shockwave pushing mobs away?
Make sure you're right-clicking on a block while holding the hammer—the shockwave only triggers when you hit the ground or a surface. If mobs still aren't moving far, try adding the Forceful enchantment to increase the push distance.
Can I use the
Nautilus Longsword's water wave underwater?
Yes, the water wave attack works both above and below water. The wave behaves the same way in both environments, so you can use it for combat in any ocean biome.
How do I cancel my sword charge if I mess up?
Press Sneak (default Shift) while holding the charge to safely cancel the attack without firing the water wave.
Does the
Ancient Vine work like a regular fishing rod?
No—the
Ancient Vine is a grappling hook that pulls you toward blocks you target, not items or mobs. You can reel it back early if you miss, making it useful for mobility and traversal.

Skins like Royal, Coral, Ebonite, and Ruby change only how your weapons look—they don't affect damage, enchantments, or how the weapons work. The Abyssal skin is exclusive to the
Nautilus Longsword.
Nautilus Longsword. How do I apply a cosmetic skin to my weapon?
Hold your weapon and sneak while right-clicking on a Smithing Table to open the skin menu. Select the skin you want and confirm to apply it.
What does the Swing enchantment do to the hammer?
The Swing enchantment transforms your hammer throw into a spinning chain attack instead of a single throw, hitting multiple enemies in its path.
Can I use the Spout enchantment to move around faster?
Yes—the Spout enchantment fires a steady water beam from the sword that pushes you backward, letting you use it for mobility as well as damage.
Does this mod work with other weapon mods?
Sea Weapons Mod is designed to work alongside most other mods, but compatibility depends on your specific mod setup. If you experience issues, check if another mod is conflicting with enchantments or weapon mechanics.
