Scp 1471 FAQ

Craft or find a Phone item, then install the MalO software on it. After that, either view an image of SCP-1471 or sleep in a bed to trigger the entity's first appearance.

No, SCP-1471 does not deal damage or attack directly—it only stalks and watches you from a distance to create psychological horror.

Once MalO is installed and SCP-1471 has spawned, uninstalling the software will not stop it from stalking you—only death will reset the encounter.

Only if you install MalO software on the Phone and then view SCP-1471's image or sleep; simply having the mod installed won't trigger it without these steps.
