Resprited Resource Pack FAQ

10 questions players actually ask, answered.

Do I need to do anything after installing Resprited or does it work automatically?
Resprited works automatically once installed—just load your world and the new textures will apply to all blocks, items, and entities. If textures don't appear, make sure the resource pack is enabled in your resource pack settings.
Why do some of my blocks look different than they did before?
Resprited intentionally simplifies and refreshes the appearance of many common blocks to create a cleaner, more readable look while staying true to Minecraft's style. Check the 'Understanding the Visual Changes to Common Blocks' guide to see which blocks have been updated.
Can I use Resprited with other resource packs?
Yes, but resource packs stack in order, so whichever pack is lower in your list will override textures from packs above it. If you want Resprited's textures to take priority, place it below other packs in your resource pack menu.
Will Resprited work with mods that add new blocks and items?
Resprited only provides textures for vanilla Minecraft content, so modded blocks and items will use their default textures unless the mod includes its own resource pack. Most mods are compatible with Resprited without issues.
How do I tell items apart in my inventory with the new textures?
Resprited's simplified item designs are still visually distinct—refer to the 'Identifying Items in Your Inventory with Resprited Textures' guide for tips on recognizing similar-looking items, or hover over items to see their names.
Do mobs look completely different or just slightly updated?
Mobs receive subtle refinements rather than complete redesigns—they're still recognizable but appear cleaner and more polished. See the 'Adjusting to Resprited Mob and Entity Appearances' guide for details on what's changed.
Will Resprited affect my game performance?
Resprited is optimized to have minimal performance impact since it's a resource pack, not a mod that changes game mechanics. You may see a very slight difference in load times depending on your system, but gameplay should be unaffected.
Can I use Resprited for building, or does it only change how things look?
Resprited is purely visual and doesn't change block properties or mechanics, so it works great for building—in fact, the simplified aesthetic can help you plan cohesive designs. Check the 'Creating Cohesive Builds with Resprited's Simplified Aesthetic' guide for building tips.
What if I don't like how a certain block or item looks?
You can disable Resprited and switch back to vanilla textures anytime through your resource pack menu, or use another resource pack alongside it to override specific textures you prefer.
Does Resprited work in multiplayer or only single-player?
Resprited works in both single-player and multiplayer—it only affects your client's visuals, so other players won't see your resource pack and it won't interfere with servers or other players' games.
