Edit and Adjust Your Scene with the Visual Menu

Opening the Editor

While viewing your tutorial scene, click the edit icon in the bottom-left corner to open the visual editor menu. This menu is your control panel for everything in the scene.

What You Can Change

The visual editor lets you:

  • Adjust the camera angle and position to frame your tutorial perfectly
  • Place, remove, or swap blocks by clicking in the scene
  • Spawn mobs to demonstrate interactions or show scale
  • Add text overlays to guide players through steps
  • Adjust the scene bounding box to control what players see
  • Add sounds to enhance the tutorial experience

Drag and Drop from JEI

You can drag items and blocks directly from your Just Enough Items (JEI) menu into the editor instead of searching manually. This speeds up scene building.

Saving Changes

Changes are saved automatically as you work. Use /ponderer reload to refresh your view and see updates instantly without restarting your game.

Undo and Redo

If you make a mistake, use the undo and redo functions in the editor menu to step back or forward through your edits.
