Why Nothing Happens When You Press P

The default placement key is P, which frequently clashes with other mods or with keys you have already bound. If pressing it does nothing, or it triggers a different action, the binding is being stolen by another control.

Rebinding the Key

1. Open the game's Controls settings.

2. Search or scroll for the Plonk placement entry.

3. Click it and press a key that is not already in use — something like a bracket key or a function key works well if your other mods are heavy on letters.

4. Save and return to the world.

If two entries still show the same key, the conflict will persist; pick a key that appears nowhere else in the list.

Other Controls to Know

• Shift + Right-Click rotates a placed item.
• Left-Click breaks a placed item and returns it to you.

If rotation or breaking misbehaves, check whether another mod has claimed right-click or left-click interactions on the same block, and test on a plain block in an empty area to isolate the problem.
