Neep Meat FAQ
10 questions players actually ask, answered.
How do I start Neep Meat Mod?
Craft a Guide Projector by placing Rotten Flesh above a Book, then read it for instructions. Your first goal is to find an Integrator egg in dungeon, temple, or village chests, then grow it using blood pumped through fluid pipes.
How do I get blood for the integrator egg?
Kill a mob with a Sacrificial Scalpel while standing directly above a Drain block to collect blood into it. You can then use fluid pipes to pump the blood into your Integrator egg to make it grow.
What do I do with the integrator egg after it grows?
Once fully grown, the Integrator egg becomes an active machine that processes items and resources. You can right-click it with items to feed it, and it will output processed materials—check your Guide Projector for specific recipes.
How do I power my machines early game?
Heat water in a Fuel Transducer to create Ethereal Fuel, then pump it into an external motor attached to your machines. This is the earliest reliable power source before you build more complex setups.
How do fluid pipes work?
Place fluid pipes to connect tanks, valves, and machines together, then use a motor or pump to push liquids through them. Right-click pipes with a wrench or similar tool to rotate them and control flow direction.
How do I make a custom gun?
Craft individual gun parts like barrels, stocks, and firing mechanisms, then combine them at a crafting station to assemble your custom modular gun. Different part combinations change the gun's damage, fire rate, and special effects.
Can I turn mobs into resources?
Yes—use a mincer or spinning blade machine to process mobs and animals into raw materials. You can also use a hydraulic press to squeeze cows for milk without killing them.
What are implants and how do I use them?
Implants are special upgrades you can craft and install into yourself or other mobs using a surgery machine. Each implant gives different benefits like increased speed, strength, or special abilities.
Why isnt my machine working?
Make sure your machine has power (check if the motor is running), that input items or fluids are actually reaching it through pipes, and that you're right-clicking to insert items correctly since most machines don't have GUIs. Check the Guide Projector for the specific machine's requirements.
Does this mod cause lag?
Large factories with many moving parts and fluid pipes can impact performance depending on your system. Optimize by using efficient pipe layouts, limiting the number of active machines, and checking that your motor speeds aren't set too high.
