Craft a CreaturePedia first—it's your guide to every creature's taming method and behavior. Once you have it, explore your world to find animals, read their entries in the book, and gather the specific bait or tools needed to tame them.

Find raw fish or meat as bait and approach the cat slowly without attacking it. Feed it the bait repeatedly until hearts appear and it becomes yours; you can then dye its collar and breed it with other cats to create new coat patterns.

First tame a horse by feeding it, then breed two horses together using pumpkins, mushroom stew, cake, or golden carrots. Once you have a foal, feed it the appropriate Essence (Unicorn Essence, Pegasus Essence, etc.) to transform it into a magical mount.

Yes—craft Horse Amulets and use them on your tamed magical horses to store them in your inventory. This prevents them from despawning or getting lost when you travel far from home.

Werewolves, ogres, scorpions, manticores, and wraiths spawn at night and in dark areas. Bring armor, weapons, and torches; the CreaturePedia will tell you which mobs are hostile so you know what to expect in each biome.

Find them in the wild and use the taming method listed in your CreaturePedia—some take specific bait, others require a Medallion. Once tamed, they follow you and can even sit on your head or shoulder.

Tamed creatures don't require constant feeding to survive, but breeding horses requires specific foods like pumpkins and golden carrots. Check the CreaturePedia for each animal's breeding requirements and preferences.

Make sure you're in the right biome and light level for each creature—some spawn only at night, others only in water or specific terrain. If spawning is still low, check that your render distance and mob spawning settings aren't preventing them from appearing.
