Lucky Blocks spawn naturally at a rate of 1 in 200 per chunk, either standalone with a luck level between -20 and 20, or inside structures like Greek temples (luck 50-100) and stone brick wreckages (luck -50 to -100). There's a 50/50 chance a Lucky Block will spawn on its own or in a structure.
