How to Tell Whether LLibrary Is Actually Doing Anything in Your Game

LLibrary adds no blocks, items, or mobs, so a fresh install looks like nothing happened. That is expected. Here is how to confirm it is working and why you should not remove it.

Check That It Loaded

Open the mod list from the main menu. LLibrary should appear there with its version. If it is listed, it loaded successfully. If a mod that depends on it also appears and launches without error, LLibrary is functioning.

Watch for Its Effects Indirectly

LLibrary provides shared framework code: animation systems, entity and model helpers, configuration handling, and similar plumbing that other mods call into. You will notice it through the behaviour of those mods, such as smoother creature animations or working config screens, rather than through anything LLibrary adds on its own.

Do Not Remove It Casually

Because it is a library, deleting it breaks every mod that depends on it. If you are trimming your mod list, remove the dependent mods first, then LLibrary last. If you are unsure which mods rely on it, check each mod's dependencies before removing anything. Keeping LLibrary installed costs nothing and prevents a cascade of startup crashes.
