Common Causes of Missing Textures

If your beds appear as default Minecraft textures instead of Sonic characters, the resource pack may not be active or loaded correctly. Check your resource pack folder and launcher settings to confirm the pack is enabled and positioned above any conflicting packs.

Fixing Load Order Problems

In the Minecraft launcher, navigate to your resource packs section. Ensure the Sonic beds pack appears in the "Active" column, not the "Available" list. If multiple packs are active, move the Sonic pack higher in the priority order so it overrides others.

Clearing Cache and Reloading

Close Minecraft completely and restart it. Sometimes texture caches prevent new packs from displaying. If the launcher shows an outdated file warning, proceed anyway—this pack is compatible despite the alert.

Verifying Installation

Confirm the pack file is in your .minecraft/resourcepacks/ folder. The file should be a .zip archive. If it's corrupted or incomplete, re-download it and replace the old version. Then reload Minecraft and check if the Sonic character beds now display correctly.
