Activate Jade for Block Information

Ensure Jade (the informational overlay mod) is installed and enabled. When you hover over blocks, entities, or containers in the world, Jade displays a tooltip with details. By default, this overlay may not match your GUI colors.

Apply the Matching Theme

PPL Alternative GUI provides a dedicated visual theme for Jade that adopts the same midnight blue and muted gray-blue palette as your menus. Once both mods are active, Jade's tooltips automatically shift to complement your restyled interface—no additional configuration needed.

Verify Consistency

Hover over a chest, furnace, or any block to see Jade's overlay. The colors should now blend seamlessly with your inventory and container styling, creating a unified, calm appearance across all information displays in your survival world.
