How do I start using vein miner?
Pick up a pickaxe and mine any ore block—the entire connected vein will break automatically. If vein mining is disabled for you, type /veinminer toggle to turn it back on.
Can I see which blocks will break before I mine?
Yes—right-click an ore block with your pickaxe to display glowing particles across the entire vein outline. This preview doesn't break anything; it just shows you what's connected.
Does vein miner work with Silk Touch?
Yes—when you use a Silk Touch pickaxe, the plugin will drop raw ore blocks instead of smelted items, letting you collect the ore for later processing.
Why can't I vein mine after using it once?
There's a cooldown between vein mining actions to prevent server lag. Wait a few seconds before mining another vein, or check with your admin about the cooldown_seconds setting.
What tree types can I fell instantly?
You can fell Oak, Spruce, Birch, Jungle, Acacia, Dark Oak, Mangrove, Cherry, Crimson Stem, and Warped Stem by chopping the bottom log with an axe.
Can I turn vein mining off just for myself?
Yes—type /veinminer toggle in chat to switch between vein mining and normal block-by-block mining whenever you want. Use /veinminer status to see your current setting.
