Codex pages appear in several places:

Loot chests – explore dungeons, temples, and other structures
Mob drops – some enemies may drop pages when defeated
Crafting – imprint Empty Codex Pages at the Scroll Forge to create new pages

If you find loose spell scrolls from other sources:

1. Right-click the scroll in your inventory

2. The scroll converts into a codex page matching that spell's school

3. The page is added to your collection

1. Right-click a codex page in your inventory

2. The page is absorbed into your personal Spell Codex

3. Open your Codex (press ` ``) to see the spell now listed under its magic school

4. The spell discovery is permanent – you can now unlock its tiers

Note: Absorbing a page does not automatically unlock the spell's tiers; you must spend experience and ink to unlock each tier separately.
