Driftwood Slab is a half-height slab block. Two slabs stack back into a full block, and a single slab stops mobs from spawning on top while still letting you walk up without jumping. It is added by Primordial Roots Reclaimed. Mine it with an axe to collect it. It has a crafting recipe.
