The Core Idea
Vanilla Minecraft chests draw their contents from loot tables. Many mods add their items to those vanilla tables, so you find modded gear while exploring. Dungeon and structure mods, however, usually define their own custom loot tables — which means the modded items added to vanilla tables never show up in those custom chests. Loot Integrations bridges that gap.
How It Works
Loot Integrations is essentially a configuration layer. You choose a source loot table (where the items you want already live) and a target loot table (the dungeon chest you want them to appear in), then specify how much of the source gets injected into the target. The mod ships with pre-made integrations for many large structure mods, so a lot of the work is already done for you out of the box.
What You Can Do With It
You can pull loot from any vanilla chest table into any modded dungeon table, add items from mods that lack their own loot tables by routing them through a vanilla table, and tune the amount so dungeons stay balanced. It does not add new items or blocks itself — it only redistributes existing loot between tables. Think of it as a loot-table mixer rather than a content mod.
