Enable Sub-Level Occlusion

If you're using Sable sub-levels, set enableSubLevelOcclusion to true in your config. This prevents light from leaking in or out of sealed vehicle rooms.

Build Your Sealed Room

Construct a fully enclosed space inside your Sable sub-level vehicle. Make sure all walls, floors, and ceilings are solid blocks with no gaps. Light sources placed inside will now stay contained.

Place Interior Light Sources

Add lanterns, torches, glowstone, or other light blocks inside the sealed room. Their light will illuminate the interior without casting outward into the surrounding world.

Test Light Containment

Move your sub-level vehicle near other structures or players. The interior light should remain invisible from outside. If light still leaks, check for gaps in your room's construction. Occlusion only works when the room is completely sealed.
