Problem

If you're using an ultrawide monitor or any non-16:9 aspect ratio, the fishing line may vanish or render incorrectly when you cast your rod. This makes it difficult to see where your line is in the water.

Solution

The Fishing Rod Fix Mod automatically corrects this rendering issue. Simply having the mod installed resolves the problem—no configuration needed.

What to Expect

Once active, your fishing line will display correctly regardless of your screen's aspect ratio. The line should remain visible from cast to retrieval, making it easier to spot when fish bite and to track your bobber's position in the water.

Testing

Cast your fishing rod and observe the line from your rod to the bobber. It should render smoothly across your entire screen without gaps or disappearance, even on ultrawide or portrait-oriented displays.
