Fairy Lights Mod FAQ

It adds four registry entries: the Candle Lantern, Incandescent Light, Oil Lantern, and Vine Garland. Candle Lantern, Incandescent Light, and Oil Lantern are placeable blocks, while Vine Garland is an item.

The Candle Lantern is made with a shaped crafting recipe at a crafting table. Arrange the required ingredients in the exact pattern shown in the recipe book to obtain it.

The Incandescent Light uses a shaped crafting recipe. Place the ingredients in the correct grid pattern at a crafting table to craft it.

The Oil Lantern is crafted via a shaped recipe. Fill the crafting grid with the specified ingredients in the proper arrangement to produce it.

The Vine Garland is made using a shaped crafting recipe. Lay out the ingredients in the required pattern at a crafting table to get the item.

The mod contains four shaped crafting recipes, one for each of its registry entries. All four are crafted at a standard crafting table.

Candle Lantern is a block, so select it in your hotbar and right-click on a surface to place it. It can be used as a decorative light source in builds.

Incandescent Light is a placeable block. Hold it and right-click to set it down wherever you want a light fixture.

Oil Lantern is a block that you place by right-clicking with it selected. Once placed, it functions as a lantern-style light in your build.

Vine Garland is an item, not a block. Use it according to its in-game function, such as placing or applying it in your world.

All four recipes are shaped crafting recipes, so they are made at a crafting table. Open the recipe book in the crafting table GUI to view the exact patterns.

Make sure you are playing the correct edition, since this mod's registry entries and shaped recipes are defined for the Java-style mod loader. If the blocks and items don't appear, the mod likely isn't loaded or is installed for the wrong platform.
