Dynamic FPS is great for saving resources, but its whole job is to change how the game renders — which can cause problems if you're streaming, recording, or running a server on the same PC. Here's how to keep it from interfering.
Protect recording and streaming
1. If you capture gameplay, the mod throttling the game while you're tabbed to your streaming software will produce a frozen or choppy capture. Either keep the game window focused while recording, or raise the unfocused frame rate high enough that the capture stays smooth.
2. Check whether the mod lowers volume when unfocused. If you're capturing game audio, that drop will end up in your recording.
Quick sanity check
If the game resumes instantly and your character didn't drift or disconnect, your settings are safe for online play.
