Polished Ominous Quartz Stairs is a stair block. Stairs let you climb a full block of height without jumping, and can be placed upside-down or rotated to fit corners. It is added by Durts Nether Dungeons. Mine it with a pickaxe of at least wooden tier to collect it. It has a crafting recipe.
