Building the Skinning Table
Place a
Skinning Table to open the skin editing interface. This is your main workspace for painting, sculpting and saving skins. Before you can wear anything you make, you need a
Skin Template, which you craft and then load into the table.
Painting and Saving
Inside the
Skinning Table you have a full toolset:
Paintbrush and
Paint Roller for freehand and broad strokes.
Color Picker to grab an existing colour, and
Color Mixer to blend new ones.
Dye Bottle to hold and apply colour, and
Soap to erase mistakes.
Hue Tool,
Shade Noise Tool and
Color Noise Tool for shifting tone and adding texture.
Blending Tool,
Dodge Tool and
Burn Tool for softening, lightening and darkening areas.
Block Marker to mark specific cube faces.
Work on a
Skin Cube or
Glass Skin Cube as your base shape; the glowing variants emit light. Use the
Wand Of Style to copy styling between parts.
When the skin is finished, save it to a
Skin Library or the
Global Skin Library so it can be reused. Apply the finished skin to yourself or to a
Mannequin using the
Mannequin Tool.
Unlocking Slots
Skins only show on unlocked body slots. Craft and use the
Head Skin Slot Unlock,
Chest Skin Slot Unlock,
Legs Skin Slot Unlock,
Feet Skin Slot Unlock,
Outfit Skin Slot Unlock and
Wings Skin Slot Unlock to open each area before equipping a skin there.
