Place the Sensor Module
Attach a
Sensor Module to a machine or controller you want to monitor, such as a
Gas Turbine controller,
Steam Turbine Controller, or
Syngas Producer Controller. The
Sensor Module reads the state of the block it is attached to and exposes that reading to your redstone logic.
Place the Redstone Control Module
Attach a
Redstone Control Module to any block you want to switch on or off remotely. When the module receives a redstone signal, it toggles the host block. This lets you shut down a turbine or producer without breaking the pipe network.
Wire Them Together
Connect the
Sensor Module and the
Redstone Control Module with
Redstone-Iron Wiring. Run the wiring along your build so the sensor's output reaches the control module's input. When the sensor condition is met, the control module fires and the target block changes state.
Practical Loop
A common loop:
Sensor Module on a
Fuel Tank or
Gas Turbine controller detects a threshold, sends a signal through
Redstone-Iron Wiring to a
Redstone Control Module on the
Syngas Producer Controller, and the producer starts or stops accordingly. Add a
Pressure Valve or
Advanced Pressure Valve on the gas line to keep pressure within range while the loop runs.
