Placing and Powering
Place the
Quarry Plus block on the ground where you want mining to begin. It needs energy to run. Feed it with a
Creative Generator if you are testing, or supply it through the
Quarry Fuel Module or Solid Fuel Quarry setup for fuel-based operation. Use the
Quarry Creative Energy Module when you want unlimited power without a generator.
Defining the Area
Craft and place markers to outline the dig zone:
Marker Plus,
Flexible Marker, or
Chunk Marker. Connect them and the
Quarry Plus will read the marked region. Use the
Quarry Y Setter to control the depth it mines to. The
Chunk Marker and Waterlogged Chunk Marker let you claim a full chunk as the work area.
Modules and Output
Attach modules to change behaviour.
Quarry Pump Module and Pump Plus handle fluids; Experience Pump for Quarry and
Quarry Exp Collect Module gather XP;
Quarry Torch Module places torches as it digs; Quarry Replacing Module and Quarry Replacer fill mined blocks back in;
Void Module deletes unwanted drops;
Remove Bedrock Module lets it break bedrock.
Faster Work Module speeds everything up. Check progress with the
StatusChecker, and use the Remote Controller to manage the quarry from a distance. Drops accumulate in the
Quarry Debug Storage when you need to inspect output.
