Where and When Mew Spawns
With the Mellomons Data Pack installed alongside
Cobblemon, Mew is not something you stumble across by accident. It spawns as a very rare creature, and the only place it appears is inside Jungle biomes. Because the spawn rate is so low, expect to spend a long time searching before one shows up.
Time of Day
The pack does not restrict Mew to a
particular window.
Shiny Mew
A shiny version of Mew exists in this pack, using a different color scheme from the normal one. It is simply a matter of luck whether the Mew you encounter is shiny, since the pack does not change how shinies are rolled.
What Changes
Once you find one, the pack gives Mew a redesigned model and custom animations, so it moves in a livelier way than the default version.
