Placing Your First Beacon

Stratagem beacons are your lifeline for calling in support during combat. Craft a beacon using the mod's crafting recipes, then place it on flat ground in an open area—avoid placing them under trees or in enclosed spaces, as this can block incoming strikes.

Calling in Stratagems

Once placed, interact with the beacon to open its menu. You'll see available stratagem options that you can activate. Each stratagem has a cooldown timer, so plan your calls strategically. Common options include orbital support, automated defenses, and supply drops.

Positioning Tips

Place beacons near your base perimeter or defensive positions where you expect combat. Multiple beacons can be active simultaneously, but spacing them out prevents overlap and ensures better coverage. Keep beacons away from water and lava, as environmental hazards can interfere with incoming strikes.

Always maintain a clear line of sight to the sky above your beacon for optimal stratagem delivery.
