How do I craft the terminal gadgets?

The Multi-Structure Manager only detects machines within 32 blocks of where you're standing, and the machine must be fully assembled and have a valid controller block. Make sure you're close enough and the machine structure is complete.

The Dismantler picks up all the blocks of the machine structure itself. Any items stored inside the machine's inventory will drop on the ground separately, so you'll need to collect them manually.

Can the Dismantler pick up a machine if my inventory is full?
The Dismantler will place as many blocks as it can into your inventory, then drop the remaining blocks on the ground. Make sure you have enough space or are standing near a storage system to catch overflow blocks.
