Access Your Storage Across Dimensions

Cross-Dimensional Storage Basics

One of the most powerful features of Ender Drives is their ability to link storage across different dimensions. You can store items in the Overworld and retrieve them from the Nether, the End, or any custom dimension.

Setting Up Dimensional Links

1. Place your first Ender Drive in your main ME network (any dimension)

2. Set a frequency number and choose your privacy setting

3. Travel to another dimension (Nether, End, or elsewhere)

4. Place a second Ender Drive in an ME network there

5. Set it to the exact same frequency as your first drive

6. Confirm — Both drives now share one inventory

Practical Applications

This setup eliminates the need to carry items between dimensions. Store excess materials in the Overworld, then access them instantly from your Nether base. No more inventory management during dimensional travel.

Important Considerations

Ensure both drives are properly connected to Applied Energistics 2 networks. The frequency link works regardless of distance or dimension, but both drives must be loaded for items to transfer.
