How do I get started with Elemental Maces?
You need a Breeze Rod as the base for most maces, then combine it with element-specific materials: Blaze Rod for fire, End Rod for ender, Wither Roses + Nether Star for wither, or Echo Shards + Sculk Catalyst for sonic. Check the crafting recipes in your crafting menu to see the exact layouts.
Do the Elemental Maces do more damage than regular weapons?
The maces are balanced for fun combat rather than raw damage output, so they're comparable to standard tools. Their value comes from their special effects—like crowd control and protection—rather than pure damage numbers.
Why isn't my downward strike triggering the special effect?
You must jump and attack while falling to trigger the elemental blast. Simply swinging while standing won't activate the effect, so make sure you're airborne when you hit an enemy.
Can I take damage from my own elemental mace effects?
No, the mod protects you from your own weapon effects. The
