Light Gray Ballast Slab is a half-height slab block. Two slabs stack back into a full block, and a single slab stops mobs from spawning on top while still letting you walk up without jumping. It is added by Create Colony Logistics. Mine it with a shovel to collect it. It has a crafting recipe.
