How to Show Your Current Server or Dimension on Discord

Why It Might Not Show

By default CraftPresence may only display generic activity. To show the server you are on or the dimension you are in, you need to enable the relevant placeholder in your details or state line. Open the config and locate the fields for the top and bottom status lines.

Adding the Server Placeholder

Insert the placeholder that represents the current server into one of the display lines. When you connect to a multiplayer server, CraftPresence fills that token with the server's name or address. On singleplayer it typically falls back to a world label instead. Keep the line short so Discord does not truncate it.

Adding the Dimension Placeholder

Do the same with the dimension placeholder to show whether you are in the Overworld, Nether, or End. You can combine both on one line, or put the server on the top line and the dimension on the bottom line for a cleaner look.

Handling Privacy

If you would rather not broadcast the exact server you play on, leave the server placeholder out and use only the dimension or a custom message. CraftPresence only shows what you explicitly put in the fields, so removing a placeholder stops that information from appearing.

Confirming the Result

Save, then check your Discord profile while in-game. Switch dimensions or join a server and watch the line update to confirm the placeholders are resolving correctly.
