How to Set Up CraftPresence and Connect It to Discord
First Launch
CraftPresence does not need a separate launcher or account login. Once the mod is loaded, open the CraftPresence configuration screen from the mod list or from its in-game keybind/menu entry. The mod talks to the Discord desktop client that is already running on your computer, so make sure Discord is open and you are logged in before you start Minecraft.
Linking the Presence
In the config screen, look for the Discord integration or "Rich Presence" toggle and enable it. CraftPresence will detect your running Discord client automatically. If nothing appears, close Minecraft, start Discord first, then relaunch the game. Some setups require the Discord client to be running as the same user account as Minecraft.
Choosing What Gets Shown
Use the config tabs to pick which details are displayed, such as the current dimension, server name, or singleplayer world. You can also set a custom "details" and "state" line if you want a fixed message instead of automatic activity. Save the config and the presence should update on your Discord profile within a few seconds.
Verifying It Works
Alt-tab to Discord and check your own profile card. If it still shows nothing, toggle the integration off and back on, or restart both Discord and Minecraft. Presence only appears while the game is actually running.
