How to Equip a Totem of Undying in the Charm Slot

Finding the Charm Slot

Open your inventory screen. The Charm of Undying Mod adds a dedicated slot to the left of your armor slots. It looks similar to the armor slots but is meant specifically for a Totem of Undying. You do not need to hold the totem in your hand or place it in your hotbar for it to work once it is in this slot.

Placing the Totem

Pick up a Totem of Undying in your inventory cursor, then click the charm slot to place it there. Alternatively, you can shift-click the totem from your main inventory and it will move into the charm slot automatically if the slot is empty. Once placed, the totem stays in the slot until it is consumed or you remove it manually.

Confirming It Works

After placing the totem, close and reopen your inventory to verify the slot shows the totem. You can also test it in a safe way by taking fall damage or another non-lethal but dangerous hit while watching your health. If the totem activates, you will see the usual revival effects and the totem will disappear from the charm slot. Remember that the totem is consumed on use, so keep a spare in your inventory if you plan to rely on it often.
