How to Build a Zombie Villager Farm Using a Zombie Spawner

Preparing the Spawner Area

Find a zombie spawner, typically in a dungeon, and light up the surrounding caves so only the spawner produces mobs. Excavate a room around the spawner and leave the floor at spawner level so mobs can appear. Because the mod lets zombie villagers spawn from the spawner, you do not need a separate villager setup — the spawner itself becomes your source.

Separating Villager Variants

Build a water stream or a drop chute that pushes spawned zombies away from the spawner and into a collection point. At the collection point, use a mechanism that distinguishes zombie villagers from normal zombies. A common approach is to route them past a curing station: splash or throw a weakness potion and feed a golden apple to convert the zombie villager into a real villager, then move it into a holding cell.

Curing and Collecting

Keep a supply of weakness potions and golden apples near the collection area. Cure each zombie villager that arrives, then guide the cured villager into a trading hall or breeder. Normal zombies can be dropped into a kill chamber for drops. Tune the spawn chance in the config so enough zombie villagers appear to keep the curing line busy without flooding it.
