Understanding Armor and Penetration
How Tactical Armor Works
Zero Contact Mod introduces a layered defense system where body armor, ballistic plates, and helmets reduce incoming bullet damage. Different armor pieces have varying thickness and durability—protective plates absorb hits and gradually degrade with each impact.
Ammunition now has penetration properties that determine whether bullets can pierce through armor. Standard rounds may be stopped by heavy plating, while armor-piercing ammunition can punch through multiple layers of protection.
Damage calculations now factor in armor thickness, ammunition penetration power, and impact conditions. This means the same gun deals different damage depending on what your opponent is wearing and what ammunition you're using. Equip tactical gear strategically and choose your ammo type to counter enemy defenses.
