How to Make the World Border Easier to See From Far Away
The whole point of this resource pack is that the border stops blending into the sky and terrain. To get the most out of it, you want to view the border against contrasting backgrounds and from angles where the new design reads clearly.
Position Yourself for Maximum Contrast
Stand back from the border and look at it against open sky rather than dense forest. The redesigned texture is meant to be distinct, so give it a clean backdrop. If you are in a jungle or dark cave biome, move to a plains, desert, or ocean edge where the border line stands out.
Use Distance and Elevation
Climb a hill, tower, or mountain near the border and look down along it. From elevation the border reads as a continuous line rather than a single wall, which makes it far easier to track where it curves or corners. If you are on flat ground, back up several chunks so the full height of the border is in frame.
Check It in Different Lighting
Look at the border at day, dusk, and night. The pack keeps a vanilla-friendly aesthetic, so the border should remain visible in low light, but confirming this helps you know how close you can safely build before you lose sight of it in the dark. Once you know how it reads in each condition, you can judge your distance without walking right up to it.
