Craft Wool Buttons in All 16 Colors

Basic Crafting

Wool buttons follow the same crafting pattern as vanilla buttons. To create a wool button:

1. Obtain a wool block in your desired color (craft from string or shear sheep)

2. Open your crafting grid (2×2 or larger)

3. Place the wool block anywhere in the grid

4. Collect your wool button from the output slot

One wool block yields one button, so you'll need multiple wool blocks if you want to create a full set of colored buttons for decoration.

Gathering Wool Efficiently

To stock up on wool blocks quickly:

• Shearing sheep: Use shears on sheep to collect wool without killing them. Sheep respawn wool after eating grass.
• Crafting from string: Combine four string in a 2×2 pattern to create one wool block. String drops from spiders and cave spiders.
• Finding dyed sheep: Look for naturally spawned sheep in different colors, or dye white sheep using dye items.

Once you have wool blocks in all 16 colors, craft each one individually to build your complete button collection for building projects.
