Disable the Mod's Challenge (Simple Mode)

Access Configuration

The mod offers a simple mode that removes the hard-mode stone-gathering challenge. To enable it, you'll need to access the mod's configuration file. This is typically found in your instance's config folder.

What Simple Mode Does

Simple mode allows you to craft a flint pickaxe and use it to mine stone blocks normally, just like the vanilla game but with flint instead of wood. Once your flint pickaxe breaks, you're done with the mod's progression—you've obtained cobblestone and can move to stone tools as usual.

When to Use This

Choose simple mode if you want the immersion of realistic early tools without the puzzle-solving aspect of hard mode. You still get the satisfaction of using flint tools instead of wooden ones, but without the extra challenge of finding cobblestone through unconventional means.
