Getting Started

Bookshelves in Wood Plus Mod now match the wood type you use to craft them. Instead of always getting an oak-textured bookshelf, you can create variants that reflect your chosen wood.

Crafting Recipe

Arrange your materials in a crafting table:

• Place wooden planks (any wood type) in the outer slots
• Place books in the center slots

The resulting bookshelf will display the texture of whichever wood planks you used. This means a bookshelf crafted with birch planks will have birch texturing, while one made from dark oak planks will show dark oak wood grain.

Tips

Use this to create cohesive interior designs. If you're building a library or study room with a specific wood theme, craft bookshelves from matching planks to maintain visual consistency throughout your builds. This works for all wood variants available in your modpack or Minecraft version.
