How to Craft and Use the Arcane Staff and Arcane Wand

Arcane Wand vs Arcane Staff

The Arcane Wand is the lighter casting tool, while the Arcane Staff is the heavier version. Both belong to the Arcane element. The wand is typically the cheaper craft and is good for general use; the staff is the stronger option once you have the materials.

Crafting the Arcane Set

To build the full Arcane kit you will need the Arcane Hat, Arcane Robe Top, Arcane Robe Bottom, Arcane Boots, plus your choice of wand or staff. Craft the armor pieces first so you have protection while gathering materials for the weapon.

Using Arcane Magic

• Equip the wand or staff in your main hand.
• Right-click to cast. The exact effect depends on which tool you are holding.
• Wear Arcane armor pieces to improve your Arcane performance.
• The Crystal Arcane Staff is the upgraded Arcane staff and is worth pursuing once you have a basic Arcane Staff working.

If you plan to fight the Arcane Emitter, bring a full Arcane set so you are not under-geared for the encounter.
