How to Build a Full Fire Wizard Loadout

Gather the Fire Set

A complete Fire wizard loadout is the Fire Hat, Fire Robe Top, Fire Robe Bottom, Fire Boots, and either a Fire Wand or Fire Staff. Craft the armor first, then the weapon. Wearing all four armor pieces together gives you the set bonus that makes Fire magic worthwhile.

Choose Your Weapon

• Fire Wand: lighter, cheaper, good for regular use.
• Fire Staff: heavier hitter, better for serious fights.
• Ruby Fire Staff: the upgraded Fire staff, stronger than the standard Fire Staff.

Netherite Upgrade

When you are ready for endgame, upgrade each piece to its Netherite Fire version: Netherite Fire Hat, Netherite Fire Robe Top, Netherite Fire Robe Bottom, Netherite Fire Boots, Netherite Fire Wand, and Netherite Fire Staff. These keep the Fire element but add netherite-tier durability and protection.

Fighting the Fire Hydra

The Fire Hydra is the Fire-themed mob in this mod. Bring your full Fire set, plenty of healing, and a Fire Staff or Ruby Fire Staff. Keep moving and use your ranged casts rather than standing still, since the Hydra hits hard up close.
