Viewing Portal Changes
1. Ensure Whimscape is active in your resource packs list
2. Build or locate a 
Nether portal in your world
3. Observe the updated portal frame texture and the enhanced particle effects
4. Travel through the portal to see how dimension-specific colors have been customized
5. Check the End portal frames and other dimension gateways for their unique retextures
