Wire Redstone to Your Magnetic Connector

Magnetic connectors stay linked until you send them a redstone signal. Attach a redstone wire, lever, button, or repeater to the magnetic block. Any of these power sources will trigger an instant disconnect.

Automate Docking and Undocking

Use a redstone comparator, observer, or timer to create automatic separation sequences. For example:

• Place an observer watching a resource container
• When the container fills, the observer sends a pulse to the magnetic connector
• The ships separate automatically

Manual Control

For simple on-demand disconnection, attach a lever directly to the magnetic connector. Flip it whenever you want to break the link. The ships will separate immediately without damaging pipes or cables.

Re-establishing the Connection

Once disconnected, simply turn off the redstone signal and move the ships close again. The magnetic connectors will snap back together automatically.
