How to Enter the Void Dimension in Voidscape

Building the Portal

Voidscape's dimension is not reached through a conventional obsidian portal. You need to construct a frame using Voidic materials and then activate it. The core material is the Fragile Voidic Crystal, which you obtain by mining the anti-rock and voidic blocks found in the dimension's outer reaches — but to get there the first time, you typically need to find a naturally generated void portal or use the mod's intended entry item.

What to Bring

Once you have a working portal, treat your first trip as a scouting run. Bring:

• A full set of armor (Anti-Rock gear is the entry tier)
• A pickaxe capable of mining Anti-Rock
• Blocks to pillar up or bridge across gaps
• Food and a way to get back (remember your portal coordinates)

The void has no conventional ground in places, so falling is a real hazard. Anti-Rock blocks form the walkable terrain, and the deeper you go the more corrupted the environment becomes. Mark your portal with torches or a distinctive block so you can find it again — the terrain is disorienting and easy to get lost in.
