Adjusting Visibility if Ores Look Too Bright or Distracting

When Visible Ores Feel Overwhelming

Some players find the enhanced ore visibility too intense or distracting, especially in heavily mined areas or when building. If the pack feels too visually loud, you have options.

Adjusting the Pack

1. Check resource pack settings — open your resource packs menu in-game. Select the Visible Ores pack and look for any built-in options or variants that offer different intensity levels.

2. Disable temporarily — if you're building or exploring a specific area, you can toggle the pack off in your resource packs list and re-enable it later. This lets you use it only when actively mining.

3. Combine with other packs — layer Visible Ores with a subtle texture pack that uses muted colors. The combination may feel less jarring than Visible Ores alone.

4. Adjust game brightness — lowering your gamma/brightness setting can reduce the visual intensity of the enhanced ores while keeping them visible.

Alternative Approach

If the pack remains too distracting, consider using it only in dedicated mining sessions, then switching to a standard pack for building and exploration.
