Prevent Natural Village Spawning in Your World

Using the Datapack Command

If you want to control exactly where villages appear and prevent random faction settlements from spawning naturally, use the datapack command: /datapack enable "village_recruits:no_natural_villages". This disables automatic village generation while keeping all other mod features active.

When to Use This

This is useful if you're building a custom map, want to create villages only in specific locations, or prefer a quieter world with fewer competing factions. You can still manually establish villages by claiming land with emeralds through the map interface.

Re-enabling Natural Spawning

If you change your mind later, simply disable the datapack to allow villages to spawn naturally again. This gives you flexibility to adjust your world's difficulty and faction presence at any time during gameplay.
