Create and Add Custom Buildings to Village Generation

Preparing Your Building

Before you start building, run /vr disable_spawner to prevent villager spawn blocks from disappearing while you work. This is essential for safely creating custom structures.

Building Your Structure

Design your building with a floor size of 11×11 blocks or smaller. Place exactly one Recruit block in the dead center of the floor—this is the anchor point for your structure. Hide one Villager spawn block somewhere inside the building where it won't be visible. These blocks are critical for the mod to recognize and use your custom building.

Saving and Registering

Use a vanilla Structure Block in Save mode to create a box around your entire building, then save it. Once saved, run /vr enable_spawner to reactivate normal spawning. Finally, use the /vrstructure command to register your custom building with the village generation system. Your structure will now appear in newly generated villages.
