How to Spot Fake Villagers

With Village Masquerade Mod installed, hostile mobs can disguise themselves as ordinary villagers. This means not every villager you encounter in a village or trading hub is actually friendly.

To stay safe, approach villagers cautiously and observe their behavior. Disguised hostile mobs may act unusually or reveal themselves when you get close. Trading with villagers is still possible, but be prepared for combat if a disguise is broken.
